Commodore Contracting’s general processes and systems include a state of the art project management system in accordance with the latest project and construction management procedures and techniques.

We at Commodore Contracting recognize that the adherence to the Total Quality Management principle is intrinsically related to completing our projects within the triumvirate of time, cost and quality required by our clients.

This is achieved through the implementation of project management systems and procedures on all our sites.

Our Project Management System encompasses:
